From the moment we chatted with Thomas and Lynsey at TTC, we knew that we wanted to book them for our wedding. Thomas himself is so energetic, engaging and creative. He was able to take our muddle of ideas and turn it into a menu that we, and our guests, absolutely loved! We knew we wanted the more traditional plated course-style menu, but with a casual twist.

The end result was better than we could have ever imagined when we first started thinking about our catering options; a trio of tacos as our starter, an incredible fried chicken, mac and cheese, fries, pickles, slaw, burnt ends and corn ribs main, and a sharing dessert board of warm donuts, brownies, lemon meringue and profiteroles! It was SO delicious, and we were so excited to serve this to our guests, and to tuck into it ourselves, too! Lynsey was absolutely fantastic to deal with.

She took our ever-changing number of guests, courses, and dishes in her stride and was always so enthusiastic, polite and professional. A dream to work with - thank you so much for you patience! Leading up to, and on the day, Callum and his team ran the show perfectly. Communication was excellent and the timings were all just spot on. My husband and I were chatting with a few guests when our mains were brought out - which Callum and his team picked up on so they whisked ours away to keep it warm while we made our way back to our seats! Thank you so much Thomas, Lynsey, Callum and the team enough for all of your hard work, creativity and phenomenal service that made our wedding day run so smoothly!

Thomas the Caterer were amazing at our wedding in September. The team really made it special with everyone going the extra mile to help. So many of our guests have commented on how nice the food was (the beef for the main and evening pie in particular) and the friendliness of the waiting team. Wow.just wanted to say that the food was amazing at Saturdays wedding where I was a guest. Five years ago you were the caterer for our wedding and it was the best food ever. Not only was the food excellent yesterday from canapes to dessert but some of your staff remembered me which considerring how many weddings you do is very impressive and demonstrates the personal service that you give. I'd recommend Thomas the caterer to anyone who wants excellent food and personalised service.

Thomas and his team catered for our wedding in July 2019. The whole experience was enjoyable, from the first meeting to discuss our menu and the tasting evening, to the day itself. Even their emails and mail shots are fun! The food was unique to us - we designed the whole menu (with Thomas' expert help) which really made it feel extra special. We chose an Asian inspired starter, a deconstructed Thai red chicken (or fish) curry, followed by ice cream sundaes topped with mini donuts.

It was delicious! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thomas and his team. in fact, I'd actively encourage you to choose them! (It was by far the best 'wedding food' we'd ever had!)

From the very first phone consultation we had with Thomas we knew the food was going to be amazing, and we weren't disappointed on the day. Thomas knew exactly what food we wanted from the little ideas we gave him, and what would work with our venue. On the day his team worked so hard to make sure our guests had everything they needed. All the food was served on time, and no one was waiting long in between courses. The food itself was to the highest quality, and we had so many guests tell us how brilliant the food was. We would recommend Thomas the Caterer to anyone who asked.

STREET FOOD SENSATION We wanted a relaxed, fun and informal wedding which is why we chose street food options from Thomas The Caterer. We were really looking forward to the food, especially after going to a taster night at The Old Cow Shed and loving every.single.dish. It's hard to choose what to have when you want everything on the menu but we settled with a couple of crowd pleasers and a nod to our favourite trip to Thailand.

All of our guests said how yummy the Thai Curry, Fish n Chips and Nachos were and they loved that they could go and get a variety of grub whenever they fancied instead of the traditional 3 course sit down meal. The flavours and portion sizes were perfect and a really reasonable price. Everyone in the team was friendly, energetic and kept us all happily fed and hydrated all whilst miraculously keeping the place tidy.

Even the backstage staff were awesome, well organised and catered to every request we had. A well *olive* oiled machine who kept the whole process stress free and fun. Thank you to everyone at TTC and hope to see you soon! Lu & Ry x

Thomas and team catered our wedding in May this year and we couldn't be more happy! They created a sharing feast for all our guests - specific to our tastes and had some really creative ideas! Meals were presented beautifully and we had feedback from so many guests how delicious the meal was! Callum the front of house manager was so organised, happy to answer all our questions whenever needed and made everything run smoothly on the day.

They also accommodated moving dates during the Covid pandemic and were more than generous in accommodating us reducing our numbers as well. Huge thanks to the whole team for helping to make our wedding day so special! Xx

From start to finish, Thomas and his team were amazing at delivering a wedding breakfast that was us down to a tea! We talked through all our favourite foods and Thomas created a menu across all different cuisines for our day. Everyone at our wedding commented on how amazing the food was from Asian canapes, to an antipasti board, to pork belly & finally a chocolate trio of desserts. The service on the day was outstanding. We can't recommend enough!

Thomas and his team were outstanding from start to finish! We initially met Thomas via FaceTime as we lived in New York so couldn't meet face to face, immediately after we got off the call we knew we wanted to book him for our wedding. The menu Thomas created for us was perfect and there were so many compliments from our guests on the day. The whole team were so great to work with, whenever we emailed over a question we got a reply straight away.

Thomas and team opt to get to know the bride and groom, and then prepare a bespoke menu for you. They were really helpful with questions and details and covered everything we needed! They were brilliant on the day, and even showed some of the very young guests where the food was coming from. They also handled the bar and waste removal, helped with the cake and effectively made alterations to bring the price into budget! We love Thomas The Caterer!

Thomas the Caterer provided the food services for our wedding this July. They were extremely accommodating to what we were looking for in our food service and throughout the process of deciding the menu, Thomas was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about the ideas we wanted to implement. On the day of the wedding, all the provided catering staff were friendly and enthusiastic and were all on hand to make sure every one of our guests had a great time, and had enough to eat and drink. I couldn't recommend them enough as the whole experience was truly fantastic and built upon what was already a special day.

Wow wow wow! We found Thomas through the Wedding Industry Awards when looking for a caterer and were blown away from the moment of the first consultation. Sitting down with him to personally design our wedding menu was one of the real highlights of the entire process and it only got better from there. Our parents joined us for a wonderful evening at the menu tasting and we felt so warmly welcome.

The food was delicious but, somehow, even better on the day itself! All (and I mean all!) of our guests were raving about it and Thomas' creativity and skill shone through in absolutely every dish. The team are also absolutely brilliant, with a particular mention for Callum and Lynsey who put up with all of my pre-wedding queries (and reassured me several times on the point of a cake knife :D) and Callum and team were truly exceptional on the day. Amazing team creating incredible food - we are so lucky to have found them!

Why did why choose Thomas the Caterers? First things first, there was no set menu, being food fans this appealed to us massively as we got to create our very own menu, full of all our favourite foods, and after we'd sat down with Thomas to design the menu boy did we fill it full! 3 canapes, 4 different starters served sharing style, 1 tasty main course and 3 dessert options, we were in wedding menu heaven! Packed off home with some incredible brownies for the evening we were over the moon to have found Thomas and his team.

It didn't stop there, we were invited to several tasting events which we went along to and throughly enjoyed, we loved and continue to love the Thomas Times newsletter alongside various little touches which came through the post. Closer to the time we chose to sample our menu prior to our wedding day, we are so SO glad we did this. Not only did it give us chance to sample our gorgoeus food twice, but we were again reassured with our choice of wedding caterer.

The whole process was made easy with Lynsey answering any queries we had. As our wedding day approached Callum got in touch, without a shadow of a doubt Thomas the Caterers were one of the most professional, and organised wedding suppliers we had (alongside Mambo Bars). The day before everything was set up, Callum and team couldn't have been more helpful, and even set our table places up on the day as we couldn't do this beforehand.

Nothing was too much trouble for the team, Thomas was brilliant and he makes everything feel super personal. Your not buying wedding catering, it's more like buying into a little foodie family. We can't wait for another excuse to need catering!

I first met Thomas about four years ago when he catered a family party for me - a BBQ, in the rain in November - nothing was too much trouble and everyone LOVED the food. I've shot a number of weddings and events in my job as a photographer subsequently that Thomas and his team have catered for and the food continues to be out of this world, and they're such a knowledgable and friendly team to boot. If I get married again I wont hesitate to have Thomas cook my wedding breakfast, I've eaten a LOT of wedding food and he really is the best around.

Thomas catered for our wedding at the end of July. We had canapes, three course wedding breakfast and evening food too - ALL of which was AMAZING! Everything was delivered bang on time and tasted fabulous! There were so many canapes that we didn't even manage to eat them all! Thomas is so accommodating - he talked us through our favourite foods and we designed our own menu with him.

We had sharer plates for starter and the chocolate brownie sundaes went down a storm! Thank you Thomas! You are just brilliant and we are so grateful for all of the hard work you put in to our special day! "Thomas! Thomas! Thomas!" xxx

Thomas and the team made our wedding just perfect. The food was incredibly tasty and presented really beautifully. We had sharing platters, and they were bursting with colour, flavour, and spice. Thomas and his team were so friendly and fun to have around, and were a pleasure to work with in the lead up to the big day. We just wish we could have another wedding so we could eat it all again!
