Ian drove our girl an hour's journey to school several times, and chatted to her all the time and made her feel very comfortable. She said he was lovely and would recommend him to everyone.

I Used Kirby Taxi for the first time this week and what can I say! I had the best taxi driver i think his name was Roland sorry if its wrong but i had a lot of luggage and he helped me load it all in the car and carry it all to my door. He was very friendly and chatty unlike most drivers, he made me feel very welcome, comfortable and safe. He is an asset to that company. I have used Kirby taxis countless times. Always punctual and have never let me down. Having down loaded their app it is so easy to book a taxis and keep up to date on various useful information. Living in anstey Kirby taxis are so convenient being located in Glenfield close by to Morrisons Supermarket. Reasonable prices, careful and polite drivers. A must for people in Anstey and surrounding areas.

Picked up by Ian from Heathrow on our way home and the service was excellent. Smooth pick up and drive home. Definitely would use again.

Having booked a taxi to take us to the airport on the 14th of November I then read the reviews and I was a little concerned but I really shouldn't have been because Steve our driver wasn't just on time but he was 10 minutes early than the booked time. He was helpful and very pleasant he could read the fact we didn't want to talk small talk all the journey and was happy to just drive us as safely as he could in the thick pea soup of fog.

We are hoping for the same experience on the way back from the airport in a few days and it just goes to show don't believe everything you read. An excellent service from the time of booking to the arrival to the airport
